Summary: The distributed locations of the ponds considered the complex terrains of the area, consisting of low lands, gentle rolling hills, high and flat hill top, existing local canal system, forested areas, rice fields, cornfields, etc; and, biodiverse vegetation already existing in the area.
This EcoCulture project aims to collect as much rainwater during the monsoon season to provide as much water that is more scarce during the long dry season, and especially during severe drought during the occurrence of El Nino.
